While traveling from Malakand and Swabi towards Swat, a passenger flying coach (bus) met with an accident near the Swat Motorway Bridge Chowki toll plaza.

 As a result, four people died on the spot, while 18 others were injured, including men, women, and children.

All the injured were transported to DHQ Hospital Batkhela via ambulances, and on doctors’ advice, five critically injured individuals were referred to Swat for further treatment.

According to the spokesperson of Rescue 1122 Malakand, as soon as the accident was reported, Rescue 1122’s medical teams, along with the Disaster Response Team, disaster vehicles, and multiple ambulances, immediately reached the scene. 

Rescue personnel provided timely initial medical assistance to the injured in a professional manner.
