Three laborers have died after consuming contaminated halwa in the Darazinda tehsil of Dera Ismail Khan district, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
According to initial reports, police said the young men had gone to the Puloski mountain village for labor work, where they found some suspicious halwa. After eating it, their condition deteriorated rapidly.

Two of the young men died on the spot, while the third passed away on the way to the hospital.
Police further stated that the deceased belonged to the Haji Jamal Khan Karamzai family and were identified as Sheran Khan, Fateh Muhammad, and Noor Muhammad. All three were cousins and worked as laborers collecting stones from the mountain.
The bodies have been shifted to Mufti Mahmood Hospital for post-mortem, while further investigation into the incident is underway.
