After heavy snowfall in Tirah Valley of Khyber District, the district administration, security forces, and Rescue 1122 have jointly cleared snow-covered roads and restored traffic, allowing people from affected areas to resume moving toward safer locations.

According to official figures, nearly 70% of families in Tirah Valley have been shifted to safe areas, while 30% have not yet been able to leave due to harsh weather conditions.

The administration stated that during the severe weather, local elders were asked to advise residents to stay indoors. However, once the roads reopened, many families began leaving for safer places with their belongings.
