Three people were killed after lightning struck a house in Shangla.

According to rescue officials, the incident occurred in Alpuri tehsil of Shangla, where lightning suddenly struck a house. 

Rescue authorities said that a husband, wife, and a child died as a result of the lightning strike.

The victims were immediately shifted to the hospital, but doctors confirmed the death of all three.

It is worth mentioning that intermittent rain accompanied by thunder and lightning continues in Swat, Shangla, and Buner, while the Meteorological Department has also warned of possible flash floods in these areas.
