Khyber: Member of the Provincial Assembly and DEDC Chairman Khyber, Abdul Ghani Afridi, met with the affected people of Tirah Valley at his office, where he listened to their issues in detail and assured them of their resolution.

Abdul Ghani Afridi stated that all members of the Afridi tribes belong to Tirah Valley; however, the government package is only allocated for genuine victims. 

He pointed out that some individuals have registered themselves as affected persons, depriving the actual deserving people of their rights.

He made it clear that his office remains open to the public at all times and that every possible facility will be provided to the affected people of Tirah Valley.

 He emphasized that any form of corruption or irregularity in the name of victims will not be tolerated, and those involved will face legal action.

According to Abdul Ghani Afridi, representatives from every Afridi tribe of Tirah Valley have been appointed in his office to ensure better facilitation and resolution of the victims’ issues.

He also appealed to those victims who have not yet received financial assistance to submit their complete data to the relevant representatives.

On this occasion, the affected people of Tirah Valley thanked Abdul Ghani Afridi and expressed hope that their issues would be resolved soon.
