According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department, the weather in most districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is expected to remain partly cloudy today, while night temperatures are likely to be cold in the upper districts.
The department said there is a possibility of rain accompanied by strong winds and thunderstorms in **Chitral, Upper Dir, Lower Dir, Buner, Malakand, Swat, Shangla, Kohistan, Battagram, Torghar, Mansehra, Abbottabad and Kurram.
Similarly, Mardan, Swabi, Mohmand, Bajaur, Khyber District, Orakzai, North Waziristan and South Waziristan are also expected to experience cloudy weather, with light rain accompanied by gusty winds and thunderstorms at a few places.

According to the Meteorological Department, most districts of the province are expected to remain dry on Friday.
However, upper areas are likely to remain cloudy with cold weather conditions. During this period, Upper Swat, Shangla, Kohistan, Battagram and Mansehra may receive rain with strong winds and thunderstorms.
Over the past 24 hours, most districts of the province experienced cloudy weather, while upper areas remained cold.
During this time, rain accompanied by gusty winds and thunderstorms occurred at many places, and heavy rainfall was recorded in some areas.
According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department, the following rainfall and snowfall were recorded in different areas during the last 24 hours:
Saidu Sharif: 11 mm
Kalam: 7 mm
Dir: 11 mm
Timergara: 7 mm
Peshawar Airport and City: 5 mm
Cherat: 5 mm
Parachinar: 28 mm
Balakot: 45 mm
Kakul: 2 mm
Takht Bhai: 22 mm
Malam Jabba: 32 mm
No rainfall was recorded in Drosh, Bannu, Kohat Airbase and Risalpur, while trace rainfall was recorded in Mir Khani and Patan.
Warsak Dam recorded 1 mm of rainfall, while data from Ghalanai, Landi Kotal, Mohmand Dam, Mamad Gat, Bajaur and Buner could not be obtained.
