A young girl from the Kot area of Malakand was arrested by the Levies Force on her mother’s complaint for allegedly posing as a boy and sharing videos on the social media platform TikTok.

According to police, the girl’s mother had lodged a complaint stating that despite repeated warnings, her daughter continued to post inappropriate videos, bringing disgrace to the family and the community.

Acting on the complaint, the Levies Force detained the girl and shifted her to the police station. After preliminary interrogation, she was sent to jail.

However, following her mother’s plea, emotional requests, and assurance that her daughter would refrain from such activities in the future, the Levies officials released her on bail.

Sources said during interrogation, the girl confessed that she had no intention of harming anyone and had only made the videos for fun and to gain popularity.
