The district administration in Landi Kotal has issued a strict directive to property owners renting out shops to Afghan traders, asking them to submit details of their properties to the Assistant Commissioner and Tehsildar offices.

According to officials, all shop owners must provide a formal application along with stamp paper documents to register their rented properties. 

Authorities warned that if any Afghan national is found operating a business in violation of the regulations, the concerned shops will be immediately sealed and strict legal action will be taken against the property owners without any leniency.

The administration further stated that during a recent crackdown in Landi Kotal Bazaar, several shops were already sealed as part of enforcement measures.

Officials have urged all landlords to comply with the instructions and submit their records at the earliest to avoid further action.
