The skies echoed with the chants of “Labbaik Allahumma Labbaik” as the Muslim world became immersed in a deep spiritual atmosphere. Millions of Muslims from across the globe performed the sacred pilgrimage of Hajj, while the inspiring scenes of the Hajj sermon delivered from Masjid-e-Nimrah in the plains of Arafat were broadcast live worldwide.

Imam of Masjid al-Nabawi ﷺ, Sheikh Ali Abdul Rahman Al-Hudhaifi, in his Hajj sermon, emphasized piety, unity of the Muslim Ummah, brotherhood, and mutual respect. He delivered a message of peace, tolerance, and solidarity for the Muslim world and offered special prayers for solutions to the challenges facing the Muslim Ummah.

During the sermon, the Imam of Masjid al-Nabawi ﷺ said, “Worship none but your Lord, adopt righteousness, and fear only Allah. Muslims should never abandon patience in times of hardship, for Allah Almighty has promised a great reward for those who remain patient.”

He further stated that people should be grateful for Allah’s blessings and make proper use of them, because nations that adopted oppression and ingratitude were deprived of those blessings.

The Hajj sermon also urged the Muslim Ummah to follow the teachings of Islam, uphold unity and harmony, and practice patience and steadfastness.
