Four people were killed and two others injured in a firing incident near Aziz Market on Frontier Road in Bara, Khyber district.

According to police, the incident occurred between two groups on the Peshawar side, with an initial cause reported to be a land dispute.

Police sources identified the groups as the Amir Shah group and the Malik Darwish group, both belonging to Mashokhel area of Badaber in Peshawar.

As a result of the firing, three members of the Darwish group — Malik Darwish, Talha, and Haji Muhammad — were killed, while Asif was injured. From the Amir Shah group, one person was killed and Zahoor sustained injuries.

Police from Khyber and Badaber reached the scene, collected evidence, and said further investigation is underway.
