Upper Swat resident Saif ur Rehman from the area of Bidera said that his 7-year-old child Noor had shown natural male-like traits and habits since early childhood, prompting the family to seek medical examination.

According to the father, doctors conducted detailed medical assessments to evaluate the child’s physical condition. 

After completing the required medical procedures, surgery was carried out, following which the child was declared male.

The family also changed the child’s name from Noor to Muhammad Noor.

Family members said the development brought happiness among relatives and close family members, while the father described it as a special blessing from Allah.

However, no official statement has yet been issued by the concerned doctors or medical institution regarding the matter.
