In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Hangu district, three soldiers were martyred and 17 others injured when terrorists attacked a Frontier Constabulary (FC) fort in the Tora Warai area.

According to District Police Officer (DPO) Khalid Khan, security forces retaliated effectively, killing five militants, including a key facilitator. 

A joint operation by police and FC personnel is underway in the area to neutralize any remaining threats.

Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi paid tribute to the martyred soldiers, stating that the brave personnel sacrificed their lives to foil an attack by Indian-sponsored terrorists. 

He lauded their courage and prayed for the swift recovery of the injured personnel.
