Under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Excise Department, the auction for personalized vehicle registration marks (choice number plates) will be held on May 18 at Nishtar Hall, Peshawar, while interested citizens can submit their applications until 12pm on May 16.

The auction will feature several unique and prominent number plates including Sethi 1, Chaudhry 1, Kormang 1, Khan Qila 1, Khan Qila 5, Boter 1, Vera 1, Par Hoti 1, Par Hoti 5, Abdul Khel 1, Malik 1 and 1 Baloch. 

In addition, Tank 1, Chitral 1, Bacha 1, Pir 1, Shabqadar 1, Charsadda 1, Isa Khel 1, Safi 1, Bettani 1, Mughal 1, Utman Khel 1, Hashtnagar 1, Achakzai 1, Ahmadzai 1, Bangash 1, Turi 1, Sardar 1 and Shirani 1 will also be presented for auction.

Furthermore, Chughtai 1, Lodhi 1, Qalandar 1, Popalzai 1, Surani 1, Mandanr 1, Toru 1, Kundi 1, Tanoli 1, Khudokhel 1 and Yarakhail 1 are also included in the auction.

Excise Minister Syed Fakhar-e-Jahan said that the auction of personalized marks is an important opportunity for citizens to obtain unique number plates, while the initiative will also significantly increase government revenue along with providing public convenience.

He added that under the vision of the founding chairman and the leadership of the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the process of public-friendly reforms is continuing, and the Excise Department remains committed to providing maximum facilities to the people.
