The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has taken important measures to resolve issues faced during the distribution of funds to beneficiaries under the Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ramadan Relief Package 2026.

According to the directive, the Social Welfare Department has established a Redressal Committee to ensure the immediate resolution of complaints and technical issues.

According to the official statement, if a beneficiary’s CNIC or mobile number details are incorrect or incomplete, they can contact the office of the relevant Assistant Commissioner.

 After verification, the case will be forwarded to the Deputy Commissioner for correction.

Officials stated that payments will not be possible if the CNIC is blocked, and such funds will be returned to the Director Social Welfare.

Similarly, if elderly or disabled individuals face fingerprint verification issues, they should obtain a fingerprint issue certificate from NADRA along with a Family Registration Certificate (FRC) and contact the local Assistant Commissioner’s office. After verification, the amount can be transferred to a close relative.

The statement further said that if a beneficiary has passed away, family members should submit the death certificate and an application to the Assistant Commissioner’s office. 

After necessary verification, the payment will be made to the nearest relative according to the Family Registration Certificate recorded with NADRA.

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has advised beneficiaries of the Ramadan Relief Package to immediately contact the relevant Assistant Commissioner’s office in case of any issue or complaint so that the matter can be resolved promptly.
